Three good links about the history of the early years that put our world together.   Don't get me wrong, I don't want you to go buy the stuff and use it for anything.   But it is interesting that our country at one time ran on the stuff.   Then came oil and trade routes from the East.    Then it wasn't safe anymore to have.
