Well read the link and save your fat ass from becoming a person who is fat and half dead before you know it. If you are fat and smoke and drink. Get your ass off the fat producing food you eat. Start eating better and start walking. Get the wheel chair out from under your ass and start walking.
If you are doing this....The doctor gave up on your ass. You need to say it won't continue. I will get up and get better. Look I am over the limit in my weight. I will not end up this way. When the next time your kids say let's go the burger joint and pig out comes.....

You would be better off getting some beef yourself and grilling it. Plus eat one...maybe two. You don't need five.
Don't forget to add all of this to the meal. More in fact is good when it comes to veggies and fruits. You can pig out on them. Eat all you want.

Yes for sure I tell you to enjoy having a drink and a snack plus I have several times before. But don't do it till your doctor tells you there is no more to do. Slow your roll. You as a thinking person can tell when it's enough.
