I stopped by the local Mcdonalds at just about 5 minutes till 5am. I pulled up to the 24 hours drive up and order sign. A double line one mind you, so they can serve many cars. I asked for 4 quick everyday breakfast sammys. But as always I was made sad in my pants by the moron behind the curtain. He came back with the sorry but we start breakfast at 5am. I asked....Isn't that in about 5 minutes? He said yes it is. I asked.....couldn't you write it down and enter it in 4 to 5 minutes? He said no, I would have to come back. I told him no thanks and drove off. The service with a smile has gone away. I drove 3 miles to another that doesn't even have 24 hour service and they took my order right at 5am. i was glad to wait there. they gave me that option. I realize that their system is set up on the net and they can't change it. Still just to have said please wait 5 or anything. Yes it was the Arsenal Street one that blew me off. i will stick to the State Street one from now on. It was just poor service. Ronald is rolling in his grave.
